Hello, even with * perms & even in spectator gamemode I cannot enter arena when it's already in duel. Prob due to prevent-non-match-players-enter: true

Expected behavior

It should allow people with * or some specific permissions, gamemode spectator etc. to enter arena

Steps to reproduce

Try to get *, and try to enter arena, you won't be able to do that
