/duel cancel -> Cancel request #118

Just making sure
- I have read the wiki and made sure, this feature is not yet in the plugin.
- I believe, that this feature is possible to implement.
- I made sure, that this feature has not been requested yet.
Problem
Hello, there's currently problem if players send duel requests & join like event or something, then it leads to their inventories being lost if someone accepts the duel while they're in event.
So like would be possible to make cancel command that I can execute for player to cancel pending requests, please?
Feature
I'd like to see /duels cancel (may even ), to cancel the request that was sent.
Alternatives
Maybe some permission that could solve it, not sure? I've tried duels.duel to false, but when the player who accepts it isn't in event it works for him, so there's issue
