I wanted to ask whether rust-norion is in scope for the projects section.
Relevant part: rust-norion is an early Rust research-engineering prototype for an agent / LLM runtime control layer. One part of the project is model-pool routing policy and control surfaces around model selection, evidence gates, audit/status output, and self-evolution loop tooling.
It is not a hosted routing company and not a standalone production router like RouteLLM. If this list only wants dedicated routing papers/products, this is probably too broad. If you include adjacent open-source routing/control-plane prototypes, I can open a minimal PR with conservative wording.
