Octal escape sequences from v0.3.1 affecting Cesium JS

Hello 👋! Just wanted to bring up awareness that v.0.3.1 of spz-loader may have introduced this issue for CesiumJS: CesiumGS/cesium#13379

v0.3.0 seems to not cause the Octal issue
