Conversion / Integration of the Old Giotto object into the Updated Giotto Suite object

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on MERFISH data using the the Giotto package. Due to the updated data structure in Giotto Suite, the old object no longer seems to be compatible. I do want to utilise some of the new features in the updated Giotto suite. However, I currently have several downstream analysis information stored in the old object and was wondering if any one has suggestions on how to convert the old object to the new object such that the downstream analysis are kept.
