Thank you for this sophisticated package and for always helping and responding to discussion/issue.
I am currently working with the deconvolution analysis and I notice that the runDWLSDeconv process takes a quite long time to generate the result (in my case with 2600 overlapped genes), it takes around 4-5 hours. Since I will do some of test with different marker genes, I wonder whether is there a way to speed up this process?
I'd be very delighted to try any suggestion / insight.
