Cell clustering

Hello,

Thanks for providing such good R package for spatial genomics. I am new to this field ( and this package), and not familar with related algorithms. I have a question about cell clustering: how to set dimension_to_use parameter as Seurat do in FindNeighbors() function, after dimension reduction & before cell clustering. Thanks.
