What is Café Gato?

It's a cat café located in Del Sur that we're making. It has a room for the cats to stay in (and customers to hang out with them in), a room for ordering food and drinks, and an extra room for events/performances.

What sections are on the website?

Right now, we have "Home" (index.md) (INCLUDES ABOUT US PAGE), Cats, Menu, Hours, Events, and Shop.

We may add "Employment" or a similar tab if we have time.

Whole Site

• Modify SASS and site layout settings to have white, brown, and orange color scheme
• Make the text font more inviting and happy
• Logo for the whole side to replace the liquid inclusion of the site title and description (we can do better)
• Search bar (at least in one or two pages)

• (IF THERE'S TIME) Details about how we take care of the cats

Hours

• Stylish table with hours for each weekday
• Special holiday hours
• Daily Schedule

Events

• Five or more special events taking place throughout 2023 with seasonal themes
• Images for the events
• Date and time of the event
• Who is involved (do a music thing)

• 8 to 10 pieces of Cafe Gato merchandise

Expectations for the End of the Week

Each of us should at least have a solid amount of progress on one of our assigned pages. Even if a page (like Cats for example) has many written elements, creating a visual element with CSS and one of the multiple written elements as a template would be a very valuable inclusion.
