Change project strucuture

Wondering whether following project/command structure make sense? The goal is to support multi agents easily.

1. nomos init will just create a project directory with the config and other necessary files.
2. A new command nomos create-agent that will create a folder called agents and create an agent inside it.
3. nomos run will accept a required parameter called agent-name that will run the specified agent.

I was thinking of something like below

1. nomos init -n translator
   Will create a config.translator.yaml
2. nomos run translator Will run it
3. Same goes for the tests as well.

So two agents will have two config files?

yes. I am open to more ideas.

One small improvement would be to have a project config like config.project-name.yml which can be over written by the agent config config.agent-name.yml

Because some sections like logging, llm configurations can be common to all agents.
