Can reproduce all previous versions

Issue description

Actually Results:
The dot line disappeared between checkbox and Expand/collapse in HDPI mode

Expected Results:
The dot line display well between checkbox and Expand/collapse in HDPI mode

Steps to reproduce

  1. Setting the machine as High DPI: 250%
  2. Build & run applicationSystemAware.zip
  3. Click the ChecBox = True & OwnerDrawText button
  4. Observe the dot line between checkbox and Expand/collapse

More info:

  1. There has a similar issue 5097 in Multi-Monitor mode.

Verified the issue on latest .NET SDK 10.0.100-alpha.1.25058.38 build that the issue has been fixed as below screenshot. The dot line appeared between checkbox and Expand/collapse in HDPI mode.

Reopen this issue. , Because PR 12706 introduced a issue.

When the screen is scaled to 300%.
