Yes. The apps will continue to work, and the EOS date has no impact on their inclusion in the Apple and Google stores, or on user's devices.
Will I be able to continue building my applications after May 1, 2024?
Yes. Using the last supported version of Visual Studio 2022 on both Windows and Mac prior to EOS will continue to work for building apps. Building from Azure Pipelines after EOS may require additional steps to acquire the dependencies needed to build Xamarin apps.
Will I be able to continue servicing my applications in the public app stores after May 1, 2024?
Yes. The last version of Xamarin for Android and iOS are compliant with the respective app store policies up to the dates noted above. This only applies to existing applications.
Can I build new applications with Xamarin and submit them to the public app stores after May 1, 2024?
No. You can use .NET MAUI in that case to be compliant with the respective app store policies for new app submissions.
