Add IMediaPicker option that combines PickPhotoAsync and PickVideoAsync so user can select either

Description

Requiring two separate pick options is unnecessary in some situations. There should be a third option

Public API Changes

var photoOrVideo = await _mediaPicker.PickPhotoOrVideoAsync(); // New API
DoStuff(photoOrVideo);

Intended Use-Case

In my app, users are able to add photos and videos as attachments to an item. The user should be able to select either with the press of one button.
