[Blazor] Customize the reconnect dialog

Does anyone happen to know how to customize the reconnect dialog?

I'm currently building a website for a Swedish audience and would like to have the text there in Swedish.

I've only done one Blazor app, but I remember from when I scaffolded it up, I saw that the loading spinner had stuff in the index.html and CSS related to it (wwwroot/index.html, wwwroot/app.css. Maybe there's something similar for this dialog?

@patriksvensson in dotnet 9, you can't customize this dialog. he's included in the framework. Preview 2 of dotnet 10 has only just been released with this customization option.
