[WebtoolsE2E] [Aspire] In the Orleans Voting aspire sample, there are many errors on the Structured logs after publishing to azd. #584

INSTALL STEPS

1.Clean machine: Win11 x64 23h2 ENU
2. Install VS 17.12.1
3. Install Aspire 9.1
4. Install Docker Desktop
5. Install azd [1.11.0]

REPRO STEPS

Clone aspire-samples repo, checkout to UpdateToASpire9.1 branch
Open samples\OrleansVoting.sln
Deploy the project using azd.

ACTUAL
In the Structured logs, there are many errors displayed after publishing.

EXPECTED
Structured logs should work successfully.
