[TIME-TRAVEL] [UI] Add 'Help' section for Time-Travel keys

Description

The keyboard shortcut overlay should document the new n/b/0/$ controls.

Requirements

• Update internal/ui/help.go with the Time-Travel section.
• Group keys logically: "Navigation", "Time-Travel", "Search".
• Brief 1-phrase descriptions for each key.

Acceptance Criteria

• Pressing '?' shows the updated help screen.
• Help text fits within terminal boundaries (standard 80x24).
