Paper links do not function correctly in README

Dear author,

Thanks for your effort in collecting so many essays in the field, it is a great help for my own research. However, while making use of your repo, it turns out that some of the paper links do not function correctly. As long as I have found:

• In section 2024, there are preprint.org in the paper URLs, which I reckon should be replaced by arxiv.org (For example, the link of Prompt Learning for Generalized Vehicle Routing). I once thought preprint.org is some type of mirror site, but fail to find any information about it.
• Same section, the arxiv code of MEMENTO is wrong; it is the code of HNC, the paper below MEMENTO. It should be 2406.16424.
• Same section , the paper link of LCH-Regret points to its code.

By the way, there is also a typo in Section 2025, where DualOpt is spelled as DaulOpt. And the paper itself seems to belong to AAAI 2024 instead of AAAI 2025.
