Hi there! I'm Doeun 👋

M.S. in Computer Science at University of Southern California (USC).
Interested in Machine Learning and AI, with a focus on Generative Models (Diffusion), Model Optimization, Explainable AI (XAI), and Machine Learning for Healthcare and Biomedicine.

Currently a Graduate Researcher at the Laboratory for Machine Learning, Health and Biomedicine (USC),
where I develop research infrastructure for AI4Drug and contribute to peptide immunogenicity modeling by combining HLA presentation rank analysis with peptide–human-proteome matching (exact and single-mismatch).
