Title: Keyboard focus getting lost after pressing tab key on 'Docusign logo link'

Test Environment:
Build: Windows 11 (Version 24H2 26090.112)
Browser: Edge Dev Version:127.0.2651.74 (Official build) (64-bit)

Repro Steps:

1. Open above URL https://www.docusign.com/ in edge browser.
2. Navigate to the Login button and activate it.
3. Navigate to the Username edit field and enter any Gmail account (Ex:123@gmail.com).
4. Navigate to the 'Next' button and activate it.
5. Now navigate to the 'Docusign logo link' and observe the issue.
6. Observe that Keyboard focus getting lost after pressing tab key on 'Docusign logo link' or not.

Actual result: Keyboard focus getting lost after pressing tab key on 'Docusign logo link'. After pressing 2 Tab keys, then keyboard focus is visible on Enter password edit field.

Expected result: Keyboard focus should not lose after pressing tab key on 'Docusign logo link'. After pressing Tab key the keyboard focus should move to the next interactive control ' Enter password edit field.'
