Installation on Windows 10

I've been trying to install this library on Windows 10, but keep running into this error:

LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'crypto.lib'

error: command 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\BuildTools\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.22.27905\bin\HostX86\x86\link.exe' failed with exit status 1181

This is after building OpenSSL and moving the appropriate files into the libs and include folder in the python directory.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
