I'm guessing you missed these options when you installed:

If that's correct, the thing you have to do is either re-run the installer, or manually add these things to your windows path. You can get to editing your windows properties (like the path):

Right-click windows menu (in win8.1), Select System, then "advanced system properties" and in there you see the PATH variable that you can edit.
