Cmake error nvcc fatal

Hello,
I try to run your code on ubuntu 16.04, there is a problem with it .
Errors are as following:
nvcc warning : The 'compute_20', 'sm_20', and 'sm_21' architectures are deprecated, and may be removed in a future release (Use -Wno-deprecated-gpu-targets to suppress warning).
nvcc fatal   : A single input file is required for a non-link phase when an outputfile is specified
