Restrict version of elasticsearch-dsl-py to <= 8.17.1 (#498)

This commit pins the dependency of elasticsearch-dsl-py to
<= 8.17.1 because after this version elasticsearch-dsl-py is
deprecated and merged into elasticsearch-py
