Fines not showing up #23
Description
Sometimes when people want to create a new report, they can't see any charges on the right side of the MDT.
MDT's restart is needed and then everything works fine.
I have no idea why, I don't want to restart my MDT every single time someone want to submit a new report.
There are no errors in server and client console. Any ideas?
