Add Scroll to Top Button

I want to add a Scroll to Top Button using HTML, CSS and Javascript. If you think that would be helpful, kindly assign this issue to me.

then the user clicks on the lazyweb logo in the navbar it should act like a scroll to top button

Hey @dishant0406 But that logo would stick in the navbar itself. What if the footer logo is to be made a scroll to top button?
Or can I add another button on the bottom right corner of the footer that would be stick throughout the scroll.

That's the point if you add icon at the bottom or use the footer icon the user has to scroll to the bottom first so as to go back up, if you make the navbar icon scroll to top, user can go to the top whenever he wants from wherever he wants. @SattyamSamania

@dishant0406 what if I create a button at bottom right corner and it should be visible once the user starts scrolling. What say? Or as you have suggested then I have to make the navbar position fixed right?
