Problem setting up telemetry connection

Hello
I'm struggling to get telemetry working. I have done the applications insight connection setup and I'm assuming I now have to set the application connection string for the environment. when I try to do this I get an error. Could someone let me know where I am going wrong? I have attached details of the error message.
