When i tried to edit the skill proficiency level of a person by entering the same skill with the different proficiency level in the edit command, the app does not register that it is the same skill, thus resulting in duplicate skills with different proficiency levels. The app does not allow me to edit the proficiency level of a skill, which don't fit well with the product because proficiency levels of person could change. A workaround is to reset all the skills and reenter again, but to do that just for a skill (especially when a person has many skills) is not beneficial to users
