The entire main plasma-desktop stack builds and (seemingly) operates perfectly fine with libudev-zero. Which is fantastic!

Now we need to ensure that libudev-zero works with the other packages we have, and if any issues exist. This issue will serve as a tracker for those packages.

  • bluez - if /usr/lib/udev exists (because of e.g. libinput), then we just have to pass the dir at configure time
  • elogind
  • kross
  • libblockdev
  • libgudev
  • networkmanager - see udev_device_get_seqnum illiliti/libudev-zero#7
  • ndctl
  • powerdevil - it's also toggleable, but it builds.
  • upower
  • v4l-utils - dropped, unneeded

May I ask what's the state with networkmanager?
