Demonstration backup list:

Google Pixel + ePassportChain + Web screencast + eduroam
Google Pixel + ePassportChain + Web screencast + mobile hotspot
Samsung Galaxy s7 + vote5 chain + Web screencast + eduroam
Samsung Galaxy s7 + vote5 chain + Web screencast + mobile hotspot

This makes it easy to work around a problem on the device, network or VPS.
Eduroam is preferred because of the framerate of the web screencast

The only cases that are not covered are:

The whole network goes down (4G and eduroam)
The whole VPS provider Digitalocean goes down.

Extended ePassportChain to extra node on 207.154.243.156 which is hosted on another location.
