When support is added successfully, there will be a win_64_.yaml file in the .ci_support.
The following have noarch builds, allowing them to be installable on windows and mac, but do not have explicit builds for windows and mac. This means the default installation may not be the most recent on those devices.

This library is not installable on windows as there is no noarch build.
