[Feature]: self host using Docker

Summary

Right now, this project cannot be easily self-hosted since the Docker and Docker Compose files are limited to the repository only. What I mean by this is that there are no released Docker images anywhere, so we cannot self-host easily and comfortably.

Problem / goal

I would really appreciate it if there was a way to:

1. Easily self-host the project using a Docker image
2. Add system packages in case I want to extend the capabilities of my OpenWork agent

It aligns with the vision since it's already a supported use case; it's just not made that easy to actually use it.

The server so I can connect remotely from my laptop or phone or whatever device to have the same session, environment and setup

we dont have any plans for officially supported docker images
but you could point an agent to scripts/create-daytona-openwork-snapshot.sh
and then ask it to generate a docker file that would work with the current setup
