mxConstants are not declared. #10
Description
mxConstants (part of the util package) are not declared and are not usable right now with the current mxtypes. However I am not sure its best to have them in the declaration file or just create a plain TS file with the class definition with constants or statics (not sure which would be better). Open to suggestions and collaborating on this.
