autodl-irssi connection error in log

I found the following error message in the log when I start the docker container:
2020-12-21 12:24:09] Error downloading files. Make sure autodl-irssi is started and configured properly (eg. password, port number): Error getting files listing: Error: Could not connect: (111) Connection refused

I have no idea what is autodl-irssi and I don't if I can safely ignore this error or even better somehow there is a way to disable autodl-irssi. Any suggestion is appreciated!
