Excessive Background #2
Description
When doing a subtraction, and normalizing to the science image, the output image yields a background of ~32000, while the background in the template is near zero, and in the image is around 200. This is using the dev branch in order to manage nan values in the template image. PSFs are created by using PSFex to determine a FWHM, and then using that FWHM to generate a circular gaussian.
