Feature Request: Ignore App

Would be great to allow ignore of certain apps from using the hotkey for scroll.

Just wanted to chime in here saying this would be useful for me as well. I want to ignore my code editor since it has it's own keyboard shortcuts for scrolling that conflict and cause issues.
