On the list of sequences, it would be nice to have a button that will mark a sequence for deletion if it doesn't exist anymore. I would think having it get manually verified before actually removing would be good. Maybe something like just marking it, so other know it might not be there anymore, and if enough people mark it, then it gets removed.
