The command line tools that are discussed in the book sometimes just pop up out of nowhere when discussing methods of addressing issues in various stages of the CPU pipeline. For readers who aren't familiar with all the tools presented, it would be helpful to include a reference section or appendix at the end with a chart that maps Tools/Commands to the scenario(s) each is useful for. For example, on the left column of one entry on the chart would be the tool "nanobench", with a description of the tool in the middle column, and finally a listing of the scenario type(s) and/or CPU pipeline stage for which it is designed in the far right column.
