Does this module work with opine. If so how would one implement it to handle file uploading.

I think you should ask the author to expose the original deno request object, so that you can pass it into multiparser:
like

  const parsed = await multiParser(req.originalRequest)

Now the original request is set to private and it's impossible to access it.
