Info for disabled options still being displayed in tooltip

I've been getting info in my tooltips that I have disabled. Even if I click "All OFF" info like the small barnacled clam in the example image still shows. Only once I disable the mobinfo tooltip alltogether does it go away.

Solid Stone, Deeprock salt, Wild steelbloom are some more examples. This is still occurring.
