If these images do not have dates in their metadata, Aves uses their file date. And the file date can change when moving files around. Especially a new OS install. You can check whether your images have a metadata date by opening one in Aves, checking its Info page, looking for dates in Exif. If you think Aves is ignoring a valid date, please share a sample image (without recompressing or modifying it in any way). |

I recently installed Aves on a new GrapheneOS phone and catalogued all my pictures to Aves.
Some 250 pictures were not catalogued correctly with the actual date/time of the images and showing today's date as the picture date.
How can I get them fixed? I didn't had this problem on my other GrapheneOS installation
