Docker build fails on mac

Docker build does not work out of the box, fails with the message

#0 1490.7 = note: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lsqlite3
#0 1490.7 /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lmysqlclient
#0 1490.7 collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

havent tried on other systems
