[fortigate_wtp] pnp-template for TX/RX scaling in graphs

thanks for this awesome plugin!

I noticed only a small issue with the graphs. The TX and RX graphs aren't scaling. The always show the value in Bit, which is a bit hard to read. I guess this is caused by the standard pnp-template.
Do you think you could add a dedicated pnp-template to the check?
