This issue occurs with my monitor in hyprland.conf set to:

monitor = auto, 2560x1440@165, 0x0, 1

When I set monitor to this:

monitor=,preferred,auto,1

It fixes? But obviously my computer scaling is off. Seems to be an issue with how Rofi is rendered.

You indicated that you don't use wayland. yet you use hyprland , that is a wm for wayland.

(this) Rofi is not supported on wayland.
Please read the instructions in the bug template!!

(I recommend switching to rofi-wayland port).
