How to divide the behavior of a creature into a specified number of categories, similar to the VAME method, is it possible, because there are nearly 100 codes in the encoding status of the exported latent state, or is there any way to reduce the number of encodings?

Do you mean the number of syllables? That number can be capped using "num_states" in the keypoint moseq config.

I am sorry but "capped" means "limited" or "reduce the number of latent state ".because i want to reduce the latent state number which the model divided ,not the presented
