Generate Text overlays

I'm looking to setup a radio station using Reatreamer and Azuracast.
The Azuracast will handle all the music and the Restreamer should handle the loop video, combine it with the music feed and stream it over the designated platforms.

Here is my question.
In Azura cast I have an rest api endpoint which provide me a short text including the current song title and author.
Is there any way I could inject it into the video feed without having to use third party applications?
And if not, what is the simplest workaround you recommend me to approach in order to achieve the described outcome?
