Describe the bug

Facets in the DOI tab for direct members are not working as expected, not possible to select a single repository or affiliation from the facet, they are all selected at once

Expected Behaviour

A member can select one repository or affiliation using the check box to filter the results in the DOIs tab

Current Behaviour

When a user selects one check box in the facet, they are all automatically selected at once

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://doi.datacite.org/providers/caltech/dois or https://doi.datacite.org/providers/sul/dois
2. Try and select one repository or affiliation from the relevant facet
