I am unable to login and there seems to be no way for me to register for an account nor are there any default auth creds.

Deploy via docker and try signing in

Also, I can't access your Slack Workspace to ask these questions because you've limited the users to sign in with a specific email domain.

For now, you can directly add yourself as a user in the database and then use the credentials. Make sure to hash your password before adding it to the db!
