Process inheritance: traversal upwards must not rely on `meta:import`

A project, especially a main project, may not import their parent (as this could lead to a very long list in the navigation).
Hence, traversal upwards must not rely on meta:import but should either check for pointers in parent projects or simply walk up the collection tree until it reaches /data/wdbmeta.xml
