[❔]: Change the view of Modal Forms' MultiSelection's Dropdown to something else?

I'm not sure if I should use feature request or not. I'll ask the question for now.

First, I've use Modal Forms with QuickAdd and it's great. When I am filling out the form for "book". one of the property is "genres" so I need to use multi-selection to get... Yeah.

What I found is that I had to do this:

1. click dropdown
2. pick 1 of 10 words & click it
3. randomly click on empty via Forms' screen (so it can de-select the dropdown) - this is because I cannot select the dropdown a second time to get a second word.
4. repeat 1)

What could be changed? If you could change the type "dropdown" to different like below:

genres: 
[Action] [Crimes] [Romance] [Others]

I can easily select one or more for genres. if I accidentally select one, i can just click it again so it won't be included.

This is a known issue.
When I started building modal-forms, the idea was to make it small, self contained and stick as much as possible to obsidian defaults. This input is using whatever Obsidian provides, but for some reason I don't understand it doesn't work as expected. The idea is that you can easily pick several items one after the other.
I have this on my radar, but I'm not sure I will be able to fix it

Ah. Alright. Have you considered using Javascript to replace the feature. it should behave properly instead of using Obsidian's code, I believe is CSS?
