yes, that was the idea anyway, it's not a huge, thing as I could come up with a PopClip extension that could do that but figured it was just something I wasn't figuring out. My goal was to take regular text put it in one of my callout forms and it would create a callout with everything formatted, that was the goal. It's an odd use case but it's one that the article linked in the first post led me to 😄 |

I followed a guide at: https://obsidian.rocks/improving-callouts-with-obsidian-modal/
Using the guide I created my first Modal form and used QuickAdd for the first time. No issues with my results but then I kicked it up 10 notches and created an Infobox callout based on the ITS Theme’s S-Callouts.css and configured a form for most of the options and again it works well.
My question however is the user input. I am using text area for user input as I want to be able to copy and paste a lot of data but I’d like for there to be a way to add “>” to each new line.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for modifying input if it’s possible?
Love Modal Forms by the way, it’s honestly one of my top 10 plugins that really make Obsidian stand out.
