Auto docs generation using pydomd and readthedocs template

Todo

  • Create scripts
  • Target to docs directory
  • Contain readme as index
  • Contain quickstart
  • Contain pydoc
  • Remove old docs
  • Update docs to be compatible to pydocsmd
